Biography

Carly Jacboson has been a practicing Occupational Therapist since 2009. She received her bachelor’s degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Maryland and her M.S. in Occupational Therapy from New York University. Carly is also a trained ADHD Coach through ADDCA.

Her focus is behaviorally oriented occupational therapy for children, using strategies for ADHD, fine-motor and visual-motor delays, learning disabilities, sensory processing disorder, ASD, behavioral and emotional impairments and executive-functioning challenges.

Carly teaches skills for independence, time management, planning and organization and has extensive experience with twice-exceptional students. She has worked in New York City public schools and private practice, with collaboration across school teams, outside providers and families as an integral part of her work.
